Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital sewing patterns are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at malou@planetpeachdesign.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or using the digital file, or if you believe you received the wrong pattern, please contact us right away at malou@planetpeachdesign.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes all downloadable sewing patterns purchased from our shop.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note: Under EU consumer laws, digital goods are not subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period once the download has started. By purchasing and downloading a digital product from our shop, you acknowledge and agree to waive this right.
